Comedian Patrice O'Neal has died today from complications of the stroke he suffered last month, October 19. Patrice recently appeared on the roast of Charlie Sheen this past September. O'Neal's mother was at his side when he passed. Truly sad.

Where to start!!! 1st off this is a R&B album and if I am going to listen to that I would prefer a better singer so I will just stick with Usher I suppose. This entire album is clearly for females. Ross steals the show on "Lord Knows", "Headlines" is aye ok, & I'm not sure if I was listening to Drake or Wayne on "Look What You've Done" as it seems Drake completely stole his flow, & oh yeah almost forgot, but the Wayne feature was about as half ass as it gets which is crazy considering you are the boss & this man is suppose to make you money (sorry ladies). The only solid performance was by 3000 on "The Real Her" which makes one wish that he would have just had Andre do the entire album. I will be fair & admit that he does have lyrical abilities, but he needs to pick a lane. If you want to be a singer that's great, but don't proclaim yourself as a legend as a rapper especially when you're only on your sophomore album. Joe Budden makes great emo rap records although he is suspect in his personal twitter life lol (that's a whole other review). Just saying, you may want to take a page out of his book as a rapper. I can't argue your aim at securing the female audience as that has always been your bosses move for financial purposes as well (& we all know those teenage chicks buy CD's), however I need you to decide who you are as an artist as its very noticeable that even these females have you confused compared to what I believe you want to be remembered as, which is a RAPPER. SIDE NOTE: I hope your pull out move is better then Wayne's because when he gets in apparently he goes dumb as exampled by 20 kids from 20 different women (jp kinda lmao). With that said, pass your cash on this trash & just DL the Ross & 3000 features (hope Baby didn't bet a milli on this like he's known to do, but I'm sure that's the # he'll buy ;) right Mr. Carter)!!!

I’m super excited to go to Best Buy to pick up Drake’s new album “Take Care”. I heard so many mixed reviews on it since it leaked before its release date. I heard everything from “it’s a masterpiece”, “best album of the year”, “worst thing I’ve ever heard”, “its emo and suicidal” and everything else in between. So with my open mind and open ears I pop the cd in my car. First song plays, and I’m like ok cool, a slow song. Then the second song was slow, so now I’m slightly confused. As I continue to listen to the album I realize this is damn near an R&B album. And honestly by the end I was feeling fairly underwhelmed. However it’s not because the album is bad…but mainly because I fully expected a rap album. Drake is SANGGGIIINNNGGGG! Now that I’m fully prepared, I give it a second listen. I really like it a lot! Drake does super well painting a vivid picture. I feel like he’s going on an adventure and I’m right there next to him through it all (or maybe that was just my dream).

I can see why several men say they don’t like this album because Drake is too sensitive. This is probably going to be a fave for the ladies. He’s quite emotional as we already know. And he refers to Aaliyah several times over the course of the album, making me wonder if he believes he’s is actually Aaliyah reincarnated. LOL. Just kidding! Ironically enough, or possibly intentionally, the album has many tracks reminiscent to the Aaliyah era, making this album a classic in my opinion. My favorite two tracks on the album would have to be “Lord Knows” featuring Rick Ross. YOLO!! This song epitomizes the type of album I was first anticipating. And the second is “Cameras” because I pretty sure this song is to me. He’s just letting me know that I know you see all my side chicks and what not, but this is only for the cameras, because at the end of the day I’m coming for you. Pretty sick I concocted an entire delusion in my head huh? Sidenote: I was certain Lil Wayne was rapping in that song! Anyways at the end of the day, the album is great. It’s not the best album of the year however. I still think J.Cole’s is. But it has a little bit of everything for everybody. And even has a radio hit in “Take Care” featuring Rihanna. I suggest you go cop this album. You need this in your collection.

Oklahoma State's Women's Basketball Coaches Die in Plane Crash

OSU's women's basketball coaches, Kurt Budke (head coach) and Miranda Serna (assistant coach, died in a plane crash last night. Their small plane crashed in Arkansas as they were in route on a recruiting trip. The pilot and another passenger was killed as well.

Ten years ago two Oklahoma State men's basketball players and eight others were killed in a plane crash in Denver, returning from a game at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

We are not surprised by this news. We've been hearing about Ashton's cheating shenanigans for the past couple of weeks. And how they celebrated their wedding anniversary...separately! And now Demi Moore has issued a statement to The Associated Press:

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation."

They both stated that Big Sean invented the one word rhyme style. We all know I'm Team Drake all day. But it seems as if both of them are delusional! Drizzy and Big Sean have both even said (in round-about ways) that Luda stole the style from Big Sean...and that he's wack at it. Referring to his "It's a parade! Macy's!" line. Tsk Tsk. These kids...I tell ya. Big Sean in no way, form, or fashion invented this style, if he believes so he needs to do his research. Has he never heard of Big Daddy Kane? SMH! Let's not go there "BOY", the list goes on and on of pioneers and recent rappers who have killed this flow before anyone knew of Big Sean!

Heavy D Dead at 44

Heavy D has died at the young age of 44. He was found unconscious on the walkway of his Beverly Hills home today at 11:25am when a neighbor called 911. He was conscious and speaking when help arrived. He was rushed to the hospital at noon, and pronounced dead at 1pm. Police are investigating his death. This is truly a sad story. His last tweet read "BE INSPIRED!".

He recently perfomed with Latoya Jackson at the Michael Jackson Tribute concert on October 8.

Aww lawd!! Another "Wives" show, even though none of these broads are actually married. I just heard about Baseball Wives on VH1 premiering Wednesday, November 30 at 9pm/est, yesterday. VH1 didn't learn from Football Wives? No one cares! We all know its ALL about Basketball Wives.

The show was filmed in Scottsdale, AZ, the home of baseball's spring training. I love Scottsdale by the way! Lohan Back in Jail

Lohan is going BACK TO JAIL. Lindsay Lohan, had a court hearing earlier today, the judge ordered her to go back to Jail for violating her probation. Lohan needs to turn herself in by November 9th, and begin serving her 30 day jail sentence.

After Lohan admitted to violating her probation, she waved her right to a formal hearing and Judge Sautner automatically sentenced her to jail for 30 days. Lindsay must follow all of the court instructions or she can do more jail time, up to 300 days. Judge Sautner said “These are very strict rules, you don’t have to accept them” if she doesn’t, she will go back to jail for a longer period of time.

After Lindsay is released in 30 days she will face community service at “The Good Shepard’s center for Homeless Women” in downtown L.A.

Is Justin Bieber a Baby's Daddy?

A 20 year old California girl, Mariah Yeater recently had a baby. She claims that the father is Justin Bieber. Mariah reports that Justin wanted to meet her after a concert. Justin's security approached the girl, 19 years old at the time, and told her Justin wanted to meet her. The two met, and Mariah claims she noticed an instant attraction between them. She also claims that Justin told her he "wanted to make love to her". The two went back stage and Justin's personality instantly changed. She says that he began touching her and then told her he "wanted to f*ck the sh*t out of her". Haha, I actually believe he would say something like that lol. He's been hanging out with Usher and them too long. Also reported is that Justin was a virgin at the time, and didn't want to use a condom "to feel everything". Mariah then puts him on blast, stating that he only lasted thirty seconds. Mariah now is demanding a paternity test. Do we believe this chick? Kim Calls It QUITS after 72 Days

Kim Kardashian files for divorce after being married for 72 days to NBA player Kris Humphries. The NBA player claims he has been “scammed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by an accused financial fraudster, that he invested in the wedding” According to TMZ Andrey C. Hicks, who was a guest at the weddings, has been arrested for allegedly scamming a 1.7 million dollar investment.

"Kris Humphries is the victim of an investment fraud," a rep for the New Jersey Nets player told Us Weekly. "He is working with law enforcement authorities and will not have any further comment until the matter is resolved."

Andrey Hicks who lied to investors about being a Harvard graduate was arrested in Canada early Friday. He has been charged with FRAUD and he faces up to 20 years in jail and a quarter of a million fine if he is convicted.

Kris and Kim have reportedly been fighting off and on a couple weeks after their wedding and Kim claims it has nothing to do with the “investor” issues. Kris’s unemployment has been a big issue for Kim, since she has been funding all of Humphries partying ways. She told him; that “he needed to do something productive.” Kris got way to comfortable in Kim’s wallet. Word has it that Reggie Bush is back in the picture...we will keep you updated.

Behind the Scenes With Stunnafizz: A3C Recap Day 2

It’s day 2, October 8, 2011. Vee aka Fizz and I wake up, get dressed, and head to lunch. Dingbat comes along with us. Don’t know who Dingbat is? See here: So we drag ourselves into O’Charley’s (literally dragged). I’m in there with my stunna shades on in full effect! We all talk and reminisce about old times. College life in particular. We discuss our exes and old flings. It was very amusing learning stories about Vee that I didn’t know and was shocked to find out. It was even more amusing to get the dirt and truth about things that went on at Chattanooga State (Dingbat and my college). We eventually roll out and do a little bit of shopping. We head back to Dingbat’s apartment and chill, relax, and re-group for the night ahead of us.

After we’ve fully rested, Vee aka Fizz and I head down to A3C, this time leaving Dingy behind. Because we all know what happened the day before. We jump in my whip and get crunk for the night’s festivities. As I’m being the navigator I record a little StunnaFizz Randomness. We finally make it to the venue…on time might I add. We walk over to the djbooth.net stage for the first set. As we are making our way through the crowd I run into an old “buddy ol pal”… Kinfolk Kiashine. We’re not really friends, just hung out once. I was going to speak but for some reason I felt all shy and awkward, so I just kept it moving.

The first set was M.O.P. Talk about dope! They had the crowd going bananas! And when they performed “Ante Up” I was waiting for the mosh pit.


Next on stage was Dead Prez. These guys really did their thing! And why did they perform that workout song? They had me feeling very guilty for “letting myself go”. As the song continued, I felt very motivated. I was trying to hit the gym later that night.


Lastly we headed inside, and waited for Big Daddy Kane. He really rocked the crowd. Unfortunately some coon next to me was belligerent and obnoxious, taking away from the performance a bit. There is nothing worst then male groupies. Hey my dude, if you are reading this…get your life together! Other than that, the night went smoothly and epically! We continued to network and had an overall great night. Day 2 alone made up for the entire trip. Can honestly say I haven’t had that much fun in a long time.


Next stop SXSW (God willing).

SMH! Now I've heard it all. Heath and Deborah Campbell from New Jersey have been headlining the news lately because of naming their children Adolf Hitler and Aryan Nation. The couple report that they are not racist, despite the swastikas tattooed on their bodies and displayed as "art" around their home. They report that they simply "like the names". They lost custody of their children due to neglect. The couple claims that they have never neglected their kids, and that they had their kids taken away because of their names. The couple are still confused as to why they have not got their kids back. Hmm...wonder why dummies!?

Russell Simmons is 100% in SUPPORT of Occupy Wall Street

Russell Simmons is agreeing 100 percent with the Occupy Wall Street Movement, even if his net-worth is worth 340 million dollars. Simmons who is also Def Jam Records Co-Founder, it doesn’t matter if he is part of the 1 percent, his ultimate goal is to come up and be a part of the solution in this movement. Simmons stated;

"I just don't want to have corporations control our government, I want a better democracy. I'm part of the 100 percent. If they're suffering, I'm suffering with them.”

Simmons has spent much of his successful career fighting social justice, and wrote on his blog back in September asking the Government to raise taxes in an effort to reverse the effects of this recession.

"For far too long in this country we have allowed the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer." he stated.

"Muhammad Ali, didn't he help build the Nation of Islam? Did he help stop the war in Vietnam? Did Harry Belafonte and those guys help Dr. Martin Luther King?"

He believes who ever helps raise awareness in this "Occupy Wall Street Movement" is helping the cause and our country.

“It's just nutty to think that people can't use their celebrity for good and that they can't show up to help people who are suffering, I show up, that's what I do, I add voice to the voiceless, that's what I do. Jim Jones Robbed

Rumor has it that Jim Jones was jumped late yesterday while leaving the studio in Harlem. Apparently, Jim got into an argument with this ex-managers, Yandy Smith’s boyfriend. The argument turned into a fight, Jim was chased and robbed by a group of men that believed to be with Yandy’s boyfriend. Morning Breakfast Club Radio Host Angela Yee claims that the entire attack was set up by Yandy Smith.

Jim Jones released this statement last night:

“I was in Harlem alone when three men stepped to me. Well, the first guy, I beat the shit out of him, the second guy jumped in with a metal pipe. I was so amped up, I didn’t even feel him hitting me whit it, I was still putting a beating on the first guy, but when the third guy pulled out a gun, I got out of there. I left. Anyone with a brain would do the same.”

Jim apparently thought that the gang was after his jewelry; he stated that it was silly of him to have his jewelry out in Harlem at night and alone. When asked to make a statement regarding Yandy, he dismissed it and stated that it was not worth discussing. As we find out more on this story we will keep you updated.

Comedian Patrice O'Neal Suffers a Stroke

Comedian Patrice O’Neal has suffered a stroke. The news of Patrice O’Neal’s stroke was announced earlier this morning by fellow comedian Jim Norton on the Ople and Anthony Show. Rumors have it that O’Neal may NOT fully recover from this stroke. "We don't know how he is. We don't know how he's going to be, I didn't want to do this by myself. I wish we had more news for you." The 3D Movie Knocked Me Up

What have people come to…seriously??? A white women claims to have gotten pregnant after watching a 3D porn movie while her husband was in Iraq. One year later when he came back, he quickly realized she had a BI-RACIAL baby, and the dates just did not add up. She told her husband that THEIR son was conceived while she was watching this 3D PORN movie. SURPRISINGLY, her HUSBAND believed her story, he stated “I see it as suspicious. The films in 3-D are very real. With today’s technology, anything is possible.” ARE YOU SERUOUS BRO? His wife then proceeded to tell him that the reason THEIR child was BI-RACIAL was because the actor was African American in the movie. Bad Girls Club's Ms. Cat Speaks on Past Relationship with Drake

Ms. Cat from Bad Girls Club Season 5 has been speaking about her past relationship with Q Deezy from Hot 107.9 Philly. She reports that they met on the set of "Best I Ever Had". She says they hung out on set and were just "kickin it", but it later turned into something more serious. They dated for a year and a half and she even moved in with him in Toronto. I can't say that I wasn't hurt...devastated...after learning about this.



Cat reports that they were in love, but things began to get rocky when she saw him in pictures with Malaya (leading lady in "Find Your Love" video"), and also taking trips to Jamaica without her knowing or being invited. Their relationship finally ended when she chose "Bad Girls Club" over Drake. He didn't want her to do the show because he felt like it would embarrass him. She wanted her own career aside from him, and did the show. Drake, I'd never do that to you if you are reading!!

Ms. Cat goes on to say that Drake is well-endowed and a "phenomenal peach eater". WOWZERS!

Are Kourtney Kardashian and Scott getting married??? Well according to OK! USA magazine October 31 issue, the long time couple of 5 years are jumping on married couple wagon. Despite Kourtney’s wedding hesitation to Scott, according to a friend OK! USA reports that she has really warmed up to the idea of getting married. I guess seeing her two sitters getting hitched…made her change her mind…. We will keep you posted as the story develops!

Her rep Steve Honig said “I can neither confirm nor deny at this time.”

A rep from Play boy stated:

"We don't comment on rumors about who may or may not be posing for the magazine...if anything changes, I'll be sure to let you know."

A few weeks back, Webbie appeared on 106 and Park as a guest judge for Freestyle Friday. As posted in my previous blog due to verbal obscenity towards Rocsi , he is banned from 106 and Park. After commercial break during Freestyle Friday Webbie was escorted out of the studio and Terrence J made the announcement that Webbie was banned which followed this tweet from Rocsi:

“Ladies I don’t care who he is never let a man think he can just disrespect you and talk any way he wants…”

Apparently now WEBBIE is “MAD” and is coming after Terrance J. In a recent video released this past week Webbie said:

“ I am BET. I am Black Entertainment. I’m slapping the F*UK out of Terrence when I see him. He wanted that girl and the girl wanted me. I’m beating him up. You want to act like a gangster on TV? I’m beating that B*tch up”.

So now I guess WEBBIE wants to get all “gangsta” and get on Terrance instead of apologizing for his rude behavior.

Wale Spotted on Ball State University's Campus

According to BSU students, rapper Wale, was spotted on the campus of Ball State University yesterday. It is reported that he was visiting a friend by the name of Tiara Thomas. She was featured on his song "The Cloud". Wale and his band was on campus, spotted in the atrium around 2pm. His tour bus was parked outside of the Letterman building. Wale walked into Tiara's classroom to get her out of class, he was accompanied by 4 other people, according to reports.

Dang, why couldn't this happen to me while I was in college.

Amber Cole thoughts....

In the past week it has blown up all over the internet and social networks. Amber Cole, 14-year old girl who performed oral sex on her ex-boyfriend to win him back. This event took place outside of her high school with two of her ex-boyfriends friends watching and recording the act. As any sex video, this went viral all over the Internet. On twitter the hash tag topic that was trending was #LeaveAmberColeAlone. This girl has been bullied by the entire nation because of this. No, I do NOT condone to this sort of behavior especially someone this young. However, she did it, it happens EVERYDAY with teenagers…they just don’t get caught. Everyone decided to degrade HER, bully HER, and disrespect HER…but the GUY is a HERO in this situation. The girl is a “SLUT” and he can just move on with his life. This is how messed up our world is. Instead of trying to help this girl out because clearly she is vulnerable has emotional and self-esteem issues, everyone goes after HER. Why is no one going after the two idiots who taped the act, or even her ex-boyfriend, clearly they where brought up with NO RESPECT for WOMEN. I really feel for this girl, I hope she stays sane enough to get through this and become a stronger individual. We need to help our younger generation and educate them…instead of laughing, pointing fingers, disrespecting, and just making the situation worse. We can do better people.

Behind the Scenes With Stunnafizz: A3C Recap Day 1

It’s October 7, 2011, Vee aka Fizz, and I wake up at the crack of dawn from Indiana to head on our journey to Atlanta with our bags packed, and Ciroc on ice…we trucked it on down for 8 hours. Well the way I was driving, it was not quite 8 hours ha-ha. So we make it to my friend’s house, one of the dingiest people I know…a true air-head. You might say I’m being mean, but this is nothing new from what I’ve told her before LOL! So we make it to ATL fine, no confusion, it’s not until we are a few miles away when we get lost, because ‘Special’ isn’t sure where she lives. Why that wasn’t a red flag to me…I don’t know. So we all rush to get dressed and we leave her house around 6:30. I’m dead set on seeing my homie, Shane Eli perform at 7:30. We get in the car and Ms. Dingbat says she needs to go to the bank and the gas station. HELL NO!! We were on E! This heffa wasn’t doing anything all day…but now she needs to run all these errands! We stop for gas; I’m trying to rush her, and offer to lend her money to avoid a bank run. Finally back on the road, to what is supposed to be a thirty minute drive to A3C, turns into a horrific 2-hr drive! ‘Silly’ doesn’t know where she’s going. Her GPS is mad ghetto and gives us the wrong directions. I’m checking Twitter to see if, God willing, Shane’s performance gets pushed back some. And then I see him tweet how he killed it in Atlanta. I’m devastated and defeated at this point. LMAO! I drowned my sorrows.

Finally make it to the A3C and I’m on one! Shout out to my buddy Adam Howard that I met walking into the festival. He reminded me several times to make sure I see Big K.R.I.T perform. I agree. We register; I meet up with Shane and explain to him what happened. Then a little later I meet a cool cat by the name of Sais. He’s the manager of League of Extraordinary Gz. He’s sitting down minding his own business and I steal one of his cds. Remember…I’m on one. He explains to me that his group performed earlier, even did a song with Shane. Now I’m pissed again! We chop it up a bit more. I ask him if he had the choice of being signed to any label, who it would be. He tells me Duck Down Records. Y’all hear that over @duckdownmusic? Get at them!

I’m introducing him to the one and only Stunnafizz blog and I get three taps to the shoulder. It’s ‘dingbat’! And she’s ready to leave to get food. I’m ready to kill her at this point. She forces me to leave. And then I see motha f’n Big K.R.I.T walk past me!!! He is getting ready to hit the stage. My lil buddy Adam Howard is waving me down so I don’t miss Krit’s set and ‘dimwit’ is literally dragging me out. I’m begging her to stay until after the Krit show. She refuses.

So I leave bitter and scorned. After an evening of tears and utter chaos, some negro comes up to me with a mixtape. His name is P-Ruger. I look at him and I tell him to rap. He hesitated, and said he didn’t want to be put on the spot. I said “J.Cole would spit on the spot” He said “I’m not J.Cole”. I told him “with that attitude you never will be”. I gave it to him! He rapped. He had flow potential, but was lyrically challenged. Once again…I let him have it. He told me he liked me because I kept it real. Always!

We go back to “Dingy’s” house. I pass out. Then I wake up and it’s Day 2…

Georgetown University Offers a Jay-Z Class

Rap Mogul 101: Get an entire college course based on you. Wow. I was shocked to learn that Georgetown University agreed to this. Next fall Georgetown will offer a one-time course called Sociology of Hip Hop: Jay-Z. Its three credit hours, where students will study Hov and the influence he’s had on popular culture. The professor is Michael Eric Dyson. It’s not entirely odd for an university to offer a course on hip hop, but it’s a bit more rare to focus on a specific rapper. Bun B (love him) served as a lecturer at Rice University in a class about hip hop and religion. Neat huh?

J. Cole " Cole World: The Sideline Story"

I never thought I’d love an album more than Drake’s first album. But J.Cole has greatly surpassed. Wow. Can’t believe I just said that. J.Cole is my fave rapper right now, and this album is my fave album so far…PERIOD. Yeah I said it. My absolute fave song being “Nobody’s Perfect” featuring Missy Elliot. I be raping the repeat button on that one. It’s funny because when I first heard the song, my first thought was about Aaliyah. Later I saw an interview with Cole, where he said the same thing and instantly thought to put Missy on the hook. Genius!

Seriously if you haven’t copped the album…do it! The whole album is crack. You won’t skip ANY song. You may repeat some a thousand xs however. “Lost Ones” dang near had me in tears. I’ve never been pregnant, but I’m very sympathetic, can only imagine what one goes through in that situation. I’ve even helped friends reason out the exact situation. Cole is spitting on track #13, “Rise and Shine” This fool just said “Cause the ones y'all thought would save the day can't even tie my boots
The ones y'all thought could hang with me can't even tie my noose” What???? Word, that’s how you feel. Ok-ok. Then there’s “Mr. Nice Watch” featuring Jay-Z. And I’m obsessing over “Can’t Get Enough” featuring Trey Songz for those of you radio hit lovers. Def something for everyone! If you haven’t bought this album…well you’re an idiot.

Giuliana Rancic Diagnosed With Breast Cancer

This is truly sad news. E! News host Giuliana Rancic has been diagnosed with breast cancer, finding out during her third attempt at getting pregnant through in vitro fertilization. She is in the early stages, which is a bit of relief, giving her a fighting chance. Rancic was told by her doctor that becoming pregnant would actually accelerate the spread of cancer. Rancic is due to have surgery this week, and then six and half weeks of radiation treatment. Keep her in your prayers as well as all the women battling breast cancer!

RIP Dan Wheldon

During a tragic 15-car accident pile up in Las Vegas Indy Car driver Dan Wheldon passed away. Dan Wheldon’s car went airborne after he hit another car during lap 12. Wheldon was airlifted to a nearby Las Vegas hospital, but tragically lost his life.
Indy Car CEO Randy Bernars announced his death “IndyCar is very sad to announce that Dan Wheldon has passed away from un-survivable injuries. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family today."

Dan Wheldon won the Indy 500 in 2005 and 2011, he was 33 years old. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his friends and family.
