R.I.P. Etta James

Etta James has died according to Lupe De Leon, her manager, at the age of 73. She died from complications from leukemia, which she was diagnosed in 2010, and she also suffered from dementia and hepatitis C. She was to turn 74 this Wednesday.

Patrice O'Neal Dead at 41

Comedian Patrice O'Neal has died today from complications of the stroke he suffered last month, October 19. Patrice recently appeared on the roast of Charlie Sheen this past September. O'Neal's mother was at his side when he passed. Truly sad.

Heavy D Dead at 44

Heavy D has died at the young age of 44. He was found unconscious on the walkway of his Beverly Hills home today at 11:25am when a neighbor called 911. He was conscious and speaking when help arrived. He was rushed to the hospital at noon, and pronounced dead at 1pm. Police are investigating his death. This is truly a sad story. His last tweet read "BE INSPIRED!".

He recently perfomed with Latoya Jackson at the Michael Jackson Tribute concert on October 8.
