Lohan Back in Jail

Lohan is going BACK TO JAIL. Lindsay Lohan, had a court hearing earlier today, the judge ordered her to go back to Jail for violating her probation. Lohan needs to turn herself in by November 9th, and begin serving her 30 day jail sentence.

After Lohan admitted to violating her probation, she waved her right to a formal hearing and Judge Sautner automatically sentenced her to jail for 30 days. Lindsay must follow all of the court instructions or she can do more jail time, up to 300 days. Judge Sautner said “These are very strict rules, you don’t have to accept them” if she doesn’t, she will go back to jail for a longer period of time.

After Lindsay is released in 30 days she will face community service at “The Good Shepard’s center for Homeless Women” in downtown L.A.

Kim Calls It QUITS after 72 Days

Kim Kardashian files for divorce after being married for 72 days to NBA player Kris Humphries. The NBA player claims he has been “scammed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by an accused financial fraudster, that he invested in the wedding” According to TMZ Andrey C. Hicks, who was a guest at the weddings, has been arrested for allegedly scamming a 1.7 million dollar investment.

"Kris Humphries is the victim of an investment fraud," a rep for the New Jersey Nets player told Us Weekly. "He is working with law enforcement authorities and will not have any further comment until the matter is resolved."

Andrey Hicks who lied to investors about being a Harvard graduate was arrested in Canada early Friday. He has been charged with FRAUD and he faces up to 20 years in jail and a quarter of a million fine if he is convicted.

Kris and Kim have reportedly been fighting off and on a couple weeks after their wedding and Kim claims it has nothing to do with the “investor” issues. Kris’s unemployment has been a big issue for Kim, since she has been funding all of Humphries partying ways. She told him; that “he needed to do something productive.” Kris got way to comfortable in Kim’s wallet. Word has it that Reggie Bush is back in the picture...we will keep you updated.
